Fernando’s parents both passed away, and he was living with an aunt. Unfortunately, his aunt could no longer afford to care for him, so he was placed in a government orphanage. When the orphanage closed he came to live in our Children’s Village. Fernando is making lots of new friends, and is joyous and playful.
